The fastest way is the phone. The next fastest is a quick message.
If I can pick up, I will. If I can't, I'll call you back the same hour. Texts and emails work too — send a photo of what's gone wrong and I'll usually know what the job is before I get there.
Most calls answered. Voicemails and texts returned the same hour. After-hours emergencies welcome — additional rate; I'll tell you on the call.
Send through plans, photos, or a job description. Replies within the day, usually within an hour during working hours.
Or use the form. I read every one.
If your job isn't urgent, the form below is the easy way. Add any photos to the email I'll send back, or text them through to 021 128 3813 at the same time.
What's useful to know:
- Your suburb (so I can tell you straight away whether I'm coming today or tomorrow).
- What's gone wrong, in your own words. Plumbing terminology not required.
- How urgent. “Wet ceiling” is different from “quote for a renovation in three months.”
Practical hours, with proper after-hours when it counts.
Reactive callouts are flexible — that's the nature of plumbing. The schedule below is when I'm typically on the tools and answering quickly.
Northpark, East Auckland — but the van's almost always somewhere else.
Platform Plumbing operates out of 15 Eiger Place, Northpark. That's a base, not a shopfront — the work happens at your address, not mine. If you're posting paperwork or sending parts, that's the postal address.
Service area runs through the eastern Auckland suburbs as a default — Botany, Howick, Pakuranga, Half Moon Bay, Bucklands Beach, Highland Park, Flat Bush — and across the wider city for renovation work, planned cylinder swaps, and customers I've worked with before.
